The new front door is not good for wheelchairs. There is more of a lip so it is harder to get over on the back wheel while the front is raised. If you go out flat, because there is only a small ramp with a bit of a dip at the end, the foot support bottoms out on it

We’re very sorry that the new front door is currently causing some difficulty for wheelchair users. We understand that the slightly higher lip can make it more challenging to manoeuvre over when raising the front wheels, and that the small ramp with a dip at the end may cause the foot supports to catch when exiting at a level angle.

Service and care provided by the staff is outstanding
The building itself is undergoing extensive renovations. It's quite an old building (and listed apparently) so it is taking a bit of time to complete. Despite the ongoing renovations the service and care provided by the staff is outstanding. I just had a clean and polish today. The dental hygienist is really lovely, professional and thorough in her work. It makes the generally uncomfortable experience almost a joy.

The appointment was just a routine check-up. However, it was dealt with promptly and courteously by the receptionist and the appointment was pretty much on time. Tom, my dentist, was his usual friendly self and the 2 dental nurses seemed to be fine. We agreed a way forward with the issue that I raised so I was very happy to see that being progressed as it's been a long wait.
