I always feel looked after

I am very pleased as always with my recent visit to the dental practice. From the ladies who greet me, the lady that helps my Dentist and to my Dentist, Tom Elsey. I always feel looked after and treated kindly which really helps my nerves as I am a nervous patient. Thank you for all you do.

Pearl Smile Sandbach

The Receptionist were very welcoming and friendly, seemed very very efficient but I do wonder that the Robot Receptionist phone response is actually causing more work rather than reducing it as they were calling all customers asking if their request was resolved. I certainly will not be using it. Give me a happy human voice at the end of a phone every day please.
