Just changed from NHS with Bupa in westbourne. What a difference! Initial check up was very thorough and two fillings today were carried out so smoothly and Michael made me feel quite at ease and feel confident with his assessment of future treatment. Would recommend.

Hygienist appointment
The hygienist did an excellent job. Also she was able to remove some stains on my teeth by using a different treatment which I hadn’t had before, and I was very pleased with the result.

Always a pleasant experience. From the receptionist to Michael welcoming and put at ease. Michael is very gentle and explains everything. I felt 'in charge" as able to stop just by raising my hand (which I didn't need to do) I would highly recommend this dental practice. My daughter and her small children are wanting to attend as Michael is so good with children. Surgery and waiting area are spotlessly clean. I no longer dread my visits since seeing Michael.

Emergency Appointment

Crown fitting
I registered with Penn Hill Dental after having an accident with my tooth.
I was very pleased to be given an appointment quickly and was fitted with a crown. Unfortunately my crown didn’t feel comfortable but everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was eventually happy with it. This took several appointments and I was never made to feel that I was being a nuisance.
All the staff that I had contact with were very helpful, friendly, polite and patient.
I would like to thank them all, and I would definitely happily recommend this practice to anyone needing dental treatment.

Sympathetic and professional
As usual the experience was a good one. The treatment was both sympathetic and professional.
As someone who attended the dental surgery reluctantly in the past, since dealing with Michael and his team I now find that the thought of a visit is much less traumatic.
