I accompanied my 93 year old friend to Penn Hill Dental for her first visit. She was very anxious about going and how much it was going to cost. We needn’t have worried, Dr Channoch and his team couldn’t have been kinder and more courteous to her! The treatment plan cost much less than we had anticipated and she is going to be treated before Christmas so she can enjoy it without mouth pain and can eat properly again. I have been seeing Michael for a long while now so this review is long overdue!
I'm a very nervous client so finding a new dentist was daunting, as I had an anazimg dentist in London and I did not ever think he could be replaced until I met Michael, he managed to exceed all my expectations and more.
Recently he extracted my upper wisdom tooth, which I can honestly say I felt no pain throughout my tooth extracton or after my tooth extraction, I did not even require any pain killers at all. Actually I called in the day after saying is it normal to not feel any pain what so ever?! as this seemed not right to me :) All I can say is what a perfect extraction!!
Not only is Michael talented at his job, he also really cares about his client's and he really listens to any concerns you may have.
Professional in every area of dentistry, thank you Michael and your team, I'm very blessed to have found you 😊
