This dental practice exceeds in everything it does.From the warm genuine care expressed by Lisa the receptionist to the excellent attention and diagnostics from Michael the dentist....I have to say I am so impressed! Even more so when Lisa called me a day or s after my treatment to check up how I was getting on! This truly is 5 star service !Their instagram feed and information on website truly transmits their ethos and shares their mission.They CARE.

I completed a root canal treatment with Michael , he was recommended to me as he had the exact equipment to do the job .
I had experienced a private dentist who did not produce a good result for me which left me cynical and disappointed .
I can say the treatment I received was thorough , precise, accurate and completed by Michael at the Penn Hill surgery , his reassurance and professionalism shone through .

I had such a positive visit to Penn Hill Dental today. The receptionist Lisa was so welcoming right from the start and this set the tone for the whole experience. The practice itself is such a relaxing environment. Dr Michael and his team were so patient and thorough, explaining everything to me at each step of the process and put me at great ease. It is clear that the practice invest hugely in the latest technology; the 3D images produced of my teeth helped me understand more about my oral health. I will have no hesitation in recommending this practice to family and friends.

My first hygienist appointment ever, Georgia at Penn Hill was incredible, very welcoming and put me at ease. Explained everything, provided excellent advice really a 5 star service don't know why I put going off for so long!

Such a lovely surgery, was welcomed into a warm and friendly atmosphere and everyone was very attentive. Dr. Chanock was kind and a very professional dentist. The surgery was beautifully clean and overlooking a lovely garden which made it feel more relaxed.

Could not recommend this dentist more. All staff are incredibly friendly and as someone with dental phobia, I was made to feel comfortable from the start and not at all judged for my somewhat dramatic attitude. My extraction was dealt with professionally and pain free, without question was the best dental experience I have had!!

I was very surprised to read n evans bad review as my experience is totally the opposite. When I had dental problems the dentist actually gave me his private mobile number to contact him out of hours. Sometime when reading reviews you wonder if other reviewers actually are referring to the same establishment! n evans doesn't like dentists as you can see from his only other review, also of another dentist and also damning. The PHDP has been caring, courteous and a wholly positive experience.
Six years later and I have needed to use Michael's mobile phone number as I lost a filling which inflamed a nerve which was very painful. I was able to secure virtually the next appointment and received the very best treatment. Still a 5* service.
