Emergency appointment
I was given an emergency appointment to sort out a problem which could have escalated into an infection if not dealt with. The examination was thorough and possible aftereffects of treatment explained.

Comfortable and relaxing
Excellent. I attended for a repair of my tooth and I found it a very positive experience. The receptionist, Freya, was friendly and directed me to the waiting room which was comfortable and relaxing. There was a television with soothing images of coastline and fish. The lovely dental nurse came to fetch me and asked how I was and how my day had been. The dentist Richard Mears was also really nice and professional and put me at my ease. All went well with the procedure and he explained each step of the process. There was calming music in the background. Afterwards Richard discussed with me what may need to happen next and the alternatives. Then I went downstairs and booked my next appointments.

Helpful and considerate
Very helpful and considerate about my difficulty with the water spray. Kept stopping regularly and gave me tips about breathing through my nose which certainly helped. I shall not dread my hygienist appointment next time. Thank you
