I was a very nervous (and annoying!) patient who hadn't been to the dentist for over 7 years and had more questions than you could squeeze into one appointment. Karim and Jane were very patient and took extra good care of me.
I've just completed my Invisalign treatment after initially signing up earlier this year, and the difference is spectacular after just 6 months. Smiling is my new favourite thing to do.

My appointment with the hygienist was perfectly good as always. However the new policy of charging a deposit for the next appointment is extremely annoying
As a patient of over a decade I have never missed a booked appointment and I think it is outrageous for you to hold thirty pounds of my money for 3 months each time I visit.

Our intention in implementing the deposit is to ensure that we can hold appointments for patients who need them as missed or canceled appointments can prevent others from receiving timely care. In November there has been over 4 hours of lost surgery time due to failed appointments, appointments that could have been given to Patients that require urgent attention.
The deposit will always come off the cost of your next treatment or can be refunded if you decide not to go ahead with your next appointment.
We are always happy to discuss any policies to make sure they are clear and fair to our patients. Please feel free to contact us directly on 01275 817781, and we will do our best to address any specific concerns or questions you may have.
