Hygienist
My visit to the hygienist was carried out with care, and was most satisfactory.
I had a couple of question about the possible use of a water jet cleaning system, but was given an honest reply to the effect that I would not benefit from such equipment, since my existing regime was cleaning and maintaining my nearly 80 year old teeth in a satisfactory manner.

Carly is very thorough, really friendly and very patient! Her DSA is also very friendly and puts you at ease. I'm always very pleased with the service from the practitioners as well as the admin staff.

Excellent as usual
My wife and I had appointments with Richard, my wife has dementia and mobility difficulties so the ground floor room was used. Richard was excellent as usual, kind, considerate and ensured that he explained my wife’s treatment to me (she had a small filling).
The support staff were also kind and helpful both on the phone and in person.
