Relaxed atmosphere
My welcome on arrival, the interaction of the nurse as she called me for my appointment and the relaxed atmosphere when I arrived in the consulting room. I appreciated the total breakdown of my forthcoming treatment, the cost, and time for any further questions I had, and no pressure to make any decision.

Very professional, patient and clear
As a long term client I must say that the reception and welcome at the practive is very commendable. Richard has also been very professional, patient and clear around a nagging problem which now seems resolved. I’d rather be at the pub than the dentist but my recent visits x3 have been very positive.
