My experience at Coombe Road Dental Practice for my Invisilign retainers treatment was exceptional from the initial consultation right through to the end of treatment. Dr Karim is professional, highly experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease from the start and was always easy to talk to, and brought an element of humour to each appointment eliminating any anxiety. He took the time to answer my questions, clarify any uncertainties, and provide reassurance whenever needed. Dr Karim was transparent and ensured I fully understood the procedure, what to expect at each stage, and managed my expectations clearly and honestly.
The entire team at the practice, from the reception staff to the dental nurses and hygienist are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional.
Appointments were well organised and ran smoothly. The practice itself is modern, clean, and very well equipped, which added to the overall sense of confidence and comfort.
I am very happy with my final results and the level of care I received throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coombe Road Dental Practice to anyone considering Invisalign or other dental treatments.

Went to this dentist for the first time today having not had a dentist for a few years. It is clean and friendly and the dentist I saw, Richard, was excellent. Very clear, informative, thorough and helpful. I felt very comfortable with my appointment and happy to continue to go to him.

The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is I booked a new patient appointment which costs more than a regular check up. During this he x-rayed my teeth. I wasn't asked if I wanted this, it was just done as if this was a normal part of the appointment. Then when I went to reception I was told that the x-rays were at extra cost. I paid it but this felt underhand. I believe that anything that is over and above the agreed price should be told to you before doing it and you given a choice to agree to it. I am sure I would have said yes but by not explaining that it was extra I left feeling a bit lacking in trust, which is a shame.

I have had a few visits with Alex the hygienist now and she’s brilliant! Great help, lots of advice and my teeth couldn’t feel cleaner! Highly recommend.

Very helpful, courteous receptionist. Same day emergency appointment given. Excellent treatment given by a highly qualified and friendly dentist who explained exactly what he was doing, made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I didn’t feel any discomfort as he drilled and filled my tooth. I left 30 minutes later very relieved that the problem had been resolved.
I would highly recommend this practice.
