I visited the practice today for a consultation and a scale and polish with dentist Ben Lauffer, and had such a great experience that I felt compelled to write a review. He took the time to walk me through everything he was seeing and doing, clearly explaining how I can best care for my teeth. It really felt like he genuinely cared and wasn’t pushing unnecessary treatment, something I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend this practice. Thanks again, and see you in six months for my cleaning!

I recently had my old veneers replaced with new ones at the clinic, and am very happy with the result. The colour and appearance of the new veneers matches my other teeth beautifully, and the consultation process felt thorough, allowing me to ask questions and get an understanding of the replacement process. The facilities themselves are bright and friendly, with calming music played in treatment rooms, should you feel nervous or uneasy about receiving dental treatment.

By far the best dentist I've ever used
I always found going to the dentist unpleasant but since I've been with Charles Landau the experience is so much better, a very calming and professional environment that really reduces the anxiety of the experience. It's a really great dentist for NHS appointments and excellent for private procedures. Nick, my dentist is is by far the best dentist I've ever used, really professional and methodical, he has been flawless in his care for me over the last 8 years I've been attending.

A really good service as always from being greeted, to being welcomed by Ben. The professionalism of all the staff really helps to relax you and you know that whatever the treatment you are always in safe hands. I used to fear going to the dentist, but thankfully having found this surgery have no worries whatsoever. Thank you for helping to keep my teeth in great condtion
