Very professional, caring
I came in today to see Ben & have a temporary crown refitted as Nicholas is on holiday. I was also concerned that my stiff jaw was not healing following dental work for a replacement crown 3 weeks earlier. Ben checked the alignment of my. bite and was very reassuring that the muscle/tendon strain on the left side of my face was a normal reaction after being put under stress. Ben explained that whilst frustrating the muscles would relax with time and return to normal.
I have always found my treatment with Charles over the last 25 years to be very professional, caring and as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can possibly be. My latest treatment with Nicholas has carried on this positive experience and now this has extended to Ben.
I should also extend my gratitude to Grace for her welcoming and pleasant demeanour over the years.

I can’t recommend this dentist highly enough. From start to finish, the service was extremely professional and I felt completely at ease throughout. Mr Ben Lauffer has such a calming manner, which made a huge difference to me as I’ve always had a fear of dentists.
My partner also visited for the first time and was very impressed with the entire setup. The practice is spotless, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are all lovely and friendly. We were both made to feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!
