Extremely impressed
Saw dentist & hygienist & am extremely impressed with both. They were on time, friendly and professional. It is great to have a dentist you can trust, who will give an accurate diagnosis and the best treatment possible saving you money whenever possible. The hygienist gave such good advice and spent some time explaining what I needed to do. I feel very fortunate to be able to be treated by them both.

I’ve been a patient for over 15 years, I think! Mr Howell and the whole team have been a pleasure to know. I’ve had some very mixed experiences of dentistry over the years but I can say without hesitation that it’s never been anything less than excellent in all these years at Priory House. We may well be travelling back from Devon for visits after we move!

New Veneers
I have been with Priory House all my life (over 55 years) and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have just replaced my veneers (30 years old - only supposed to last about 12!) and I have a new look entirely. This has transformed my smile - amazing! Thank you so much to Dr Howell - such skill and patience on a tricky job. And also to Kat Daley for coaxing me out of bad habits and saving my gums.

My experience
Waited 6 days for emergency appointment. Dentist was thorough and explained my problem and onward treatment plan.
Receptionist however was very abrupt and eventually booked my 1st treatment in for 6 weeks away.
I have an infection and need two teeth removed, I only hope I manage the wait. I would not find it a pleasant experience having to approach the receptionist for another emergency appointment.

Very impressed
I was very grateful and very impressed how quickly the receptionist responded to my urgent request. Very grateful as I had tooth pain over the weekend and was on the way to teach with limited time to sort an urgent appointment.
It was turned around super quickly and I was booked in at 4pm after I finished work. I was grateful to see my dentist Mr Topley and have an X-ray to resolve the problem. Root canal work will be needed. I therefore was grateful to be given antibiotics to help clear the toothache.
I will be grateful for appointments to solve the problem. Thank you for great team work and solutions from the moment I called to the end of my alointmdntvi received the most helpful treatment I needed. Thank you very much
