Just had to sit and listen to the amazing Receptionist Dawn being verbally abused by a patient over the phone because the patient missed their appointment today, she was so professional on the phone even though she told them to stop swearing at her twice. She offered them another appointment which from what I could gather from the conversation they weren’t happy to wait till, then she told them if they swore again she would terminate the call and then she terminated it. If that was me I would’ve absolutely lost it with the patient, after the call I could see the Receptionist was visibly upset and the dentist had to come out and reassure her, how the patients think being this rude to the Receptionist is going to get them an appointment is beyond me, the five stars I have given is for the Receptionist and the way she conducted herself with a very tricky call she was very professional, well done

I called 11 NHS emergency number and I was later referred to Sync Dental Pyrford for the following day appointment. The staff are very friendly and professional. I had a painless tooth extraction. The service was genuinely client-centred. Please keep the works!

Today had appointment with Dr Alindra & his team.
They have been very considerate to my current circumstance & provided high quality service at a very reasonable price.
The calm relaxing environment & skilled team, quickly made me feel relaxed & at ease. And within what felt was only very short time, the work was all done & improvements were obvious.
I was very happy :)
