Excellent service as always. Adam is a fantastic Hygienist and always feel 100% happy when leaving the practice.

I called asking to be a new NHS customer and Dawn was really helpful and sweet. She booked me an appointment and answered all my questions with a big smile. I will go in the next 17th of November to meet the team and hopefully will be as nice as her.

My appointment with Katherine Shiel-Rankin:

Wasn’t great, I had a root canal done last year in other place but unfortunately needed to be redone. I called and asked for an appointment and saying the situation and Yorda (not sure if I am spelling her name right) the other receptionist, mentioned that this will be covered by the NHS. I had a call from Dawn saying that Katy can’t do it and that she will cancel my appointment. Basically they want 800/1000£ because apparently they can’t do it twice, I am not a dentist but I don’t find the difference at all. After a long chat a lots of excuses my appointment for root canal it was cancelled and I am a 30 weeks pregnant on pain.

My second appointment with Katy was better. She did an x ray to my tooth and I will have a mouth guard to avoid the pain in the evening.

Then with Samar:

I had an appointment with Samar Morgan and she was really sweet and lovely. She explained everything clearly and slowly so was easy to understand all that medical terms. Luckily I don’t need a treatment with her but I will definitely contact in the future if I do.

Excellent. Lovely clean, modern premises and very friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Poonia is an excellent dentist.

Mani on Tuesday (25th) was so incredibly kind and considerate. I was dreading having impressions taken as I've always gagged badly in the past but Mani showed me a way to overcome that and it worked. I cannot praise her enough and thank her and all at Synergy Dental, Pyrford.

Amar was my hygienist at Synergy Goldsworth Park and he was excellent. When I heard he was going to be a dentist at Pyrford and my dentist Andrew Gough was retiring from Synergy I jumped at the chance to move to Amar. I was not disappointed. He was very thorough and explained my X-ray very clearly. He is always smiling which is great. I do hope that he will be given a permanent contract as he would be an excellent asset to the practice,

I would highly recommend this dental practice, I have been a patient here for a number of years and the staff are always polite and friendly. All the dentists are very approachable and make you feel comfortable. They are always up front with the cost of treatment.

I visited Sync with my 3 young children and all the staff very helpful and welcoming. In particular our dentist, Katie, was amazing with my 4 year old and managed to get him sitting in the chair and checking his teeth which was quite a feat considering he was totally against it before we went it!!

Brilliant dental surgery. Starts with the very enthusiastic and helpful receptionist who always makes the trip to the dentist a non worrying experience. The dentist was very helpful and explained very clearly what she was doing and the forward planning of my treatment. Actually a very good experience.
