Unfortunately I am not a patient here as they aren't able to accept patients at the moment, but I had to have an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. Throughout the entire appointment I was treated with care, friendliness and professionalism. They were completely understanding of my anxiety and explained each step as they went through it. I really can't recommend their service enough!

Been a patient for a number of years and have always been impressed with this dental surgery. Staff very friendly, have been seeing the same dentist and have been happy with the appointments and treatment given.
Parking could be a bit of an issue at times but not a show stopper.
Building and treatment rooms, waiting rooms have been well maintained, kept looking fresh and clean. Equipment replaced when required- noticed this time around.
Appointments do sometimes run late but that the same where ever I've been Dr's, hospital etc.

We have been with the Ramsey Dental Practice for well over 50 year,s, now & have never had any regrets. John Pennington is a exceptional dentist ,knows his patients well & we view him as not just a good dentist but as a friend of the family.We travel a round trip of 100 miles to keep the appointment,it's well worth the effort. Needless to say we recommend the practice whole heartedly.

Hi Bethan, I'm so sorry you had a long wait this week. I've just looked at our waiting time statistics for this month and the dentist you saw has an average wait of 15 mins and the dentist your father saw has an average wait of 18 mins.
Although we try our best to avoid long waiting times, sometimes things don't go according to plan or we have emergency situations. We always offer our patients in pain an appointment within 24hrs(usually on the day), as there is nothing worse than dental pain! We are also a busy mixed practice and our NHS dentists are at capacity, so somedays it can be tricky. Rest assured the person in the chair is always the top priority and we do our best to keep you informed if there are longer waits.
It looks like you were both unlucky on the day, and I am so glad that although your father had to rearrange, it was on the same day - and he didn't wait at all in the afternoon!
I do hope your return to our practice hasn't been enough to put you off, and we look forward to hopefully doing a bit better at your next visit.

A fantastic dental practice - the reception staff were kind and attentive - the dentist & dental nurse who treated me were friendly and did a splendid job!

Superb practise, me and the rest of the family have been patients here for well over 15 years. We transferred from another local practise which had let us down and have never regretted the decision. Always good advice, sensible and practical, even when the kids needed braces etc. and the treatment is absolutely excellent. Just had a new crown fitted and very happy with the results. Highly recommended.
