Our dentist Tiago is a highly skilled professional who puts his patients at ease and carries out procedures in a calm and relaxed environment. Very well looked after
I was very well looked after today.
From waking in the door, reception ladies are lovely.
In the dental room, I was given all the information I needed about what was going to happen and I was asked am I okay on a couple of occasions which was really nice.
I like a little chat, a little bit more informal conversation, maybe?
But that’s just me.

Check up appointment
This was a regular dental check. Arrived 10 minutes before appointed time, processed quickly and shown to the waiting room. Luckily I was seen almost immediately and processed very quickly. Teeth checked and tartar cleaned. Check up appointment made for nine months. This is longer than the normal 6 monthly check but no treatment has been required for a number of years so it releases a little time to others!

This is a great local facility
I find this dental surgery something of a perfect model nationally. Every element of the practice from top to bottom is excellent. It employs about 14 people locally. Of course this must come at a cost and the NHS gave up on full dental care decades ago. I have heard the staff offering treatment to all who have no dentist and are in extreme pain. This is a great local facility. I would add that patients adopt the surgery inter dental cleaning advice. This way you will save a fortune in treatments and create room for other patients.

We moved to the area, so I needed to register with a new dentist, so from the time I visited Ramsey Dental
surgery to register with them as a new patient, I felt at ease. The receptionist was very helpful. My first impressions were that the surgery was very clean and hygienic, it was fresh and nicely decorated, easy access also. I had my first consultation and Nicola who was very professional and talked me through my treatment plan she proposed I needed. I was very pleased to have a dentist who was very skilled, as one would expect, but also has excellent people skills to reassure me that I was going to have a good relationship with the surgery. I am half way through my treatment plan and have nothing less than a
