Regarding your comments about the medical history forms — these are a regulatory requirement to ensure that patient records are accurate and that we can provide care safely. The process simply allows patients to confirm there are no changes to their medical history, which can usually be done in just a few clicks. We understand it can feel repetitive, but it’s an important step to keep both patients and clinicians safe.

As for the waiting arrangements, patients are always welcome to use our downstairs waiting room if the chairs near the surgery are occupied. The smaller seating area close to the surgery is designed to provide a quieter, more private space for those being called in shortly for their appointments.

We’re delighted to hear your kind words about the standard of care, Rachel takes great pride in looking after her patients and always welcomes an open conversation. She would have loved the opportunity to chat with you during your visit last Friday to address any concerns in person. We always encourage patients to mention any questions or feedback at the time of their appointment so that we can discuss and resolve them straightaway.
