Kind, considerate and very calm
Excellent service from my initial call to the Surgery, speaking with the receptionist who was very helpful and provided great information. To my Dentist Martha who dealt with my cracked tooth and filling with a speedy extraction. Kind, considerate and very calm approach made the experience easy to cope with. I was seen at short notice today as part of my tooth had come away. I am flying out to Romania tomorrow for my Sons wedding, Marta told me she could rectify the problem then and there, but I said I would take the risk and leave it until I came back, as If the worst happened it was an old root canal so there would be no live nerve so no pain, I felt confident to wait and have the treatment when I come back from holiday. Excellent advice, and treatment

The reception was clean, and both ladies greeted me as I entered. They sent me through to the waiting area which had a fan on and windows open due to the heat, which was very helpful. I went in on time and she managed to sort my tooth out quickly and smoothly without any problems. Both ladies were very nice while I was in the chair.

Only reason I didn’t rate it 5/5 is because one of the receptionists is a bit frosty but the other is more bubbly, so that evens it out a little, lol
