Greeted with a friendly welcome
On arrival, I was greeted with a friendly welcome. The waiting room was clean and tidy. After a short wait, I was seen by the dentist and her assistant. The treatment was outlined and carried out as expected. I was given details and options of further follow up treatment for consideration, which is not urgent, but preventative.
Happy with everything.

Very friendly and pleasant people.
On entering the dentist I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. Went to sit in the waiting room only for 10 mins which was fine as I was a bit early. The dental nurse and Liliana my dentist also greeted me with a smile, very friendly and pleasant people. Liliana is very good to make me feel at ease as I'm terrified of the dentist after a very traumatic experience when I was younger.
