Can't even put in to words how wonderful all the staff are here, caring whilst showing such compassion. Most people hate the thought of dentists, but after a dry socket and another appointment with John, I had another `wobbly fainting experience` after and the nurses who stayed with me after both appointments were nothing short of lovely. I can't recommend Ramsey Dental Surgery enough.

Naturally, I was feeling anxious however the dentist & the dental nurse were very caring and reassuring and ensured my appointment went smoothly.

After leaving a negative review a few weeks ago I visited the dentist for an appointment yesterday and this was spoken about, on reflection I should have addressed this issue at the time of happening, even after leaving this review I was treated yesterday with professionalism and I was very happy with the result. I have been visiting this dentist for over 40 years and never had reason to complain. I actually was a very nervous patient, but after having some quite invasive treatment done I seem to be a lot calmer and not overly nervous at all, this is down to John being attentive to my needs. All in all I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to be treated.

From reception onwards, the staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable.
The premises are clean and neat. I would never say it was a pleasure to attend, it's a dentist for goodness sake, who finds going there a pleasure? However, I do feel as though I am in good hands.
