So lovely and welcoming
I have a real fear of going to the dentist and prior to this visit I had cancelled a few appointments. I ended up in an argument with the surgery last year over something and I was quite upset, more out of my anxiety for the dentist than anything else. The main owner (although she wrote a lot of information in her reply to me, which I did find hard to read due to being dyslexic) but I didn’t see it at the time but I do see it now that she was just trying to be supportive.
I did go today with daughters, one of which is also very anxious about the dentist. I have to say Mr Tiago who we see was so lovely and welcoming and tried his best to put us at ease and be reassuring and he has a very calm manner.

Friendly, informative and efficient
My Dentist Liliana Ospena, is always friendly, informative and efficient, as is her nurse. They do the best job to old teeth that they can and look after me well. The whole team is efficient and friendly and polite. My appointment was on time.
