I pay a regular subscription for a regular checkup. It was very good. However I know a hygienist service can be done. But it would have been appreciated if while the dentist was doing the examination a quick clean and polish was done. I have in the past had this experience and it adds a feeling of being looked after. It is like when you take your car for a service and seat protectors are still on the seats

I requested an emergency appointment at short notice and received one within 2 days. Having taken an x-ray to confirm no remedial action was required at this stage, they provided me with advice as to how to treat/repair my tooth and did not charge me for the appointment.

A very good experience
I needed an emergency appointment for toothache and got one for the following day. The receptionist was very helpful on the phone and very pleasant when I attended. Great service and a quick diagnosis by the dentist and follow up appointments scheduled. A very good experience indeed.

Wonderful appointment
One of my crowns fell apart leaving a jagged edge hitting my tongue. Luckily, the surgery could take me in that day. Rachel and her nurse (sorry, I don't know your name!) did an incredible job putting on a temporary crown in readiness for the new one in a few weeks. Bless you both for a wonderful appointment.
