Highly recommend for nervous patients
I was left traumatised in the past during and after dental treatment, so am always very apprehensive when an appointment is due. I appreciate that looking after your oral health is important, so I have continued to attend appointments. However, switching to the Ramsey Dental service was the best decision I have made. Nicola Marr and her assistant are so reassuring, kind and patient. I love that Nicola checks in with me throughout the appointment, asking if I am ok. Both Nurse and Nicola chat , do not rush and give excellent advice. From check in to check out always experience a fully professional service. Highly recommend for nervous patients.

Emergency appointment
It was excellent to be able to get an emergency appointment for approx 90 mins after I called the surgery. Treatment was friendly and some kind of paste applied. However, this did not solve the problem and over a week later, I am still in pain. It has improved greatly so I am hoping this will continue, but it seems to be a long process.
