Where to start ? I was a long time patient of Mrs Ospina in Huntingdon. Because of changes she left and I kept on going to the same dentists but I wasn't happy, this place changed into a money making machine, first thing the snotty receptionists mention is how much you have to pay.. than I found out Mrs Ospina was now working in Ramsey. So I contacted them and made my first appointment. Receptionist was so friendly, helpfull and very accommodating. Mrs Ospina welcomed me back and in her always caring friendly and extremely professional manner she did exactly what you may expect from a true professional. So happy I found the Ramsey Dental practice where I was made to feel looked after. 5 stars

Arrived for my appointment and was only there about a minute and was called in. Tiago was very nice as usual and made me feel at ease. Both he and the dental nurse were very nice and friendly.

Airflow cleaning
I was very pleased with this treatment which I had for the first time, especially the use of warm water instead of cold which always sets off sensitivity pain.
My teeth get badly stained through drinking black tea regularly and look terrible after a few months.
The results were impressive and I will definitely have this treatment again.

Mr Pennington takes time to answer any questions. He works efficiently and will go the extra mile in the actual appointment if it can be done, eg he performed a treatment in my two upper front teeth to prevent staining working its way up the teeth. The surgery itself is clean and modern. Staff are relaxed and polite. They are courteous.
