Exceptionally caring
Just wanted to thank Tiago Lage Faleiro for fitting me into his busy schedule today. I had cracked a tooth/filling and was very nervous about the procedure that would be done to rectify it. He and his dental nurse put me at ease and I felt were exceptionally caring about how I felt.
His attention to detail and dialogue of the procedure was great. Really felt at ease when it was completed.
