Friendly greeting at reception. Taken into the treatment room exactly on time. Friendly welcome from the dentist, Tiago, and the nurse. Full explanation of how the treatment would be carried out. The treatment was comfortable and painless. I was given guidance of how to care for gum where tooth was removed. I received a friendly goodbye from the dentist and nurse, and reception staff. Amazing customer service!
I walked in today as a new patient, hoping to book an emergency appointment because of how much pain I’ve been in over the weekend. Because of a cancellation they’d had this morning, the dentist was able to see me there and then! The receptionist was really friendly and registered me onto their system, the dentists assistant was very reassuring and comforting and the dentist I saw explained everything in great detail and made me feel at ease. For someone who suffers with anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, the staff members I met today were incredible and I cannot thank them enough!
