Filling/repair of broken molar.

This tooth was originally broken and repaired some years ago. More recent damage left me in fear of losing it but Tiago offered another repair/filling. As this was the first treatment I have experienced with him I was somewhat nervous. There was absolutely no need because both Tiago and the nurse assisting him were very calm, reassuring, informative about the procedure and thoroughly pleasant throughout. I felt no discomfort whatsoever and my tooth looks the best it has looked in a very long time.

I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the way my wife and I were treated and looked after. All the staff were courteous and efficient from the time walked in the door to the time we left.

Ramsey Dental Surgery

Lovely modern, clean surroundings and friendly, helpful staff with nice teeth. Time keeping was good. £124 seems rather expensive for a check and polish, but no more so than any other dentist I know of in the district.

Marta was very thorough in checking my teeth and keeping me updated with any issues or concerns. She also put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable and calm as I was a little nervous.

Superb dentist

I have been lucky enough to be a patient of this dental surgery from a very young age. The service has never faltered in all these years. There has been many changes but the core principles have never changed. The new dentists that joined have continued the high service that Ramsey Dental Surgery is known for. I couldn't be happier with my appointment this morning. Rosie, the NHS locum, was polite, gentle, and just lovely. I needed a broken tooth filed and a chipped filling sorting, both of which were done straight away. They did a good job and I'm very appreciative - thank you!

As a nervous patient, I dread going for a check-up, however, I am put at ease as soon as I walk through the door. Met by friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk with no or very little wait and then onto the relaxed consultation room to be met by Rachel and Mandy. As always, everything that was going to happen was explained to me in detail and again I was put at ease. Rachel has been treating me for some time and knows exactly how to keep me at ease, comfortable and less anxious - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
