I find the staff at reception really nice and helpful. The dentists assistants are always nice and polite and helpful. The dentists is 10/10 I would recommend the entire surgery to anyone.

Great experience
We attended for a regular check up and felt that the dentist we saw was really thorough, asked lots of appropriate questions, explained what he was doing and put us at ease.
My children were a little nervous and he picked up on this straight away, he was very calm, took his time to explain what was happening and made sure he reassured and confirmed everything with the children as well as me which is an excellent way of building a relationship and encouraging them to want to return.
The surgery was spotless, all staff were friendly and professional. We have been at this practice for 15 years and it just goes from strength to strength even during difficult times.

I wasn’t looking forward to today’s appointment as it’s been a long time since I needed to have a tooth out. However, Mr Faleiro clearly explained what he was going to do, how quickly he would be able to extract the tooth and what I needed to do afterwards.
I was pleasantly surprised when everything happened exactly as he had described.

I called in as I had been in agony all weekend. Top right back tooth was very painful. Had an x-ray. Possibly leaking. Prescribed an antibiotic for 7 days. Plan for further investigation after the course. Maybe a new filling. Lovely experiences, very helpful and put me at ease.
