Six month check and filling to a front tooth.
I arrived thinking I would not have the tooth fixed today although I knew it was unsightly. However after Liliana had examined it closely she said it needed doing or the tooth itself might break. I asked how long it would take if I had it done she said about 5 minutes. I decided to have it done although I have a problem leaning my head back, a cushion was provided to help prevent that, it took just over 5 minutes and I am so pleased I had it done! Thank you Liliana.

Comfortable and understanding. All the staff make you feel welcome and at ease. Previously apprehensive about going to the dentist, but they have been great all round.

I saw Nicola Marr who was delightful.
Nicola gave me her opinion on my remaining teeth and how much it would cost.
It was a difficult decision to make at the time but have made an appointment in 2 weeks for Nicola to get started on my treatment. It is expensive but I guess we have been spoiled.

Fantastic service by all the staff
I rang on Monday morning with toothache. I got straight through and the receptionist was very sympathetic and efficient: I was sitting in the dentist's chair by 10 o'clock. The dentist and assistant were friendly and understanding and soon diagnosed the problem. Every stage of the treatment was carefully explained to me so I knew what was going on. Fantastic people here!

Unplanned emergency repair
Everyone was very kind from start to finish. I booked the appointment yesterday morning after an injury and I have had the tooth repaired today within 36 hours.
The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were especially gentle during the work and it was over in no time. Thank you!

Filling down a sharp protuberance from a broken tooth.
I had broken a tooth the evening before my appointment with a jagged edge digging into my tongue. This was very painful. I phoned the next day and was offered a same day appointment with my dentist, Liliana Ospina. After examining the broken tooth she expertly filed away the sharp edge and my problem was solved. I'm very grateful.
