Happy New Year Adam and our sincere apologies for your waiting time, it was indeed a much longer waiting time than we would normally expect our patients to have to endure and we would like to thank you for doing so. Having looked at the afternoon in question and discussed with the staff involved it appeared that the first patient of the session had an extreme unexpected problem which needed attention, this then put the clinic immediately behind time by more than 30 mins and sadly by the time your scheduled appointment arrived they had been unable to catch up. Occasionally this does happen and we will endeavour to ensure that this is not the case for you in 6 months time.

I’m a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, everyone here are so kind, caring, understanding and put me at ease. I’m always informed in depth about what needs/going to happen, and always take care. Best dentist I’ve been to.

I had toothache over 4 days over Christmas. I was unable to eat at all. The dentist managed to get me in as soon as she could and filled the tooth. Within a short time the pain had gone. I was grateful for this. Thank you so much.
