I have been a patient for nearly five years and have had various treatments including extractions, root canal surgery etc, etc......
I can honestly say that the care and attention l have received here has been second to none. From the receptionists, dental nurses through to Rachel my dental surgeon, l cannot fault this practice whatsoever.

I have had 2 appointments recently, on both occasions I have thought the staff have been fabulous - especially the 2 ladies on reception.
Today I had a hygienist appointment and last minute had no child care. One of them looked after my baby for the appointment, held her and played with her.
Kindness like that goes a really long way. Well done to them!

Been having treatment with Dr Rachel Pennington for Invisalign, so happy with the outcome - from start to finish my treatment had been explained thoroughly and I have been made to feel comfortable and confident throughout.
All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ash 🤩 would definitely recommend and will continue as a patient here 👍

Very friendly and helpful dentist. I was fitted in as an emergency and was seen very quickly. Would highly recommend the professionalism of all the staff from the receptionist who were very helpful, the dental nurse who was kind and reassuring to the dentist who was kind and gentle and explained what he was doing.

I was in pain for months and after two 20 minute appointments here pretty much completely out of pain would 100% recommend this dentist extremely professional and helpful very grateful for the help and service I received here hopefully now I can carry on with my life toothache free 😅

Lovely Dentist with good knowledge, as she offered me advice on brushing I had never been told. After checking our teeth were healthy, she cleaned my teeth and gave me a bit of confidence back as well. The receptionist were lovely. They were really good with my 3 year old daughter and super friendly on the phone when I called to book. The dentist was also great with her and knew how to work with children well. The entire experience gave my daughter a good first experience at the Dentist, which I couldn’t be more grateful for. We are so happy we found our new Dentist!

I have been here since we moved to Ramsey in 1991. Seen many changes of staff over the years but they have all been good. Always polite and efficient. The few times my appointments have had to be moved, I have always received a phone call to explain and review my options. I am currently undergoing a multi visit procedure and all of my appointments have been organised in advance.

We have been with Ramsey Dentist for 20 years and wouldn’t want to change. They provide an excellent family service and complete any treatment in a timely manner. They have always been excellent with my children being friendly but honest when things need to be changed. It is always a friendly experience with all the staff. Excellent service.

I have been a customer of Ramsey Dental Practice for all of my life. After recent treatment I’d like to say, I could not ask for better service. The Dentists are so professional and competent. All the other staff are so lovely. They all do a really great job in providing the best treatments and I know it’s cheesy but everyone that works there provide service with a smile. I would recommend to anyone in the local area. A proper family business that’s vital to Ramsey’s infrastructure.

I transferred here after experiencing shocking service at another dentist and it's the best thing I've done! Rachel is so friendly and explains everything she is doing and answers all questions that I may have. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment and I have always found all the staff to be friendly and approachable

After suffering awful toothache for 10 days I had my appointment today. I was terrified but I was soon put at ease. Dr Outi Seppa was brilliant. The anesthetic was painless and I didn't even realise she had taken the tooth out! Thank you so much x
