great and professional service from Dr Ash!!

Very friendly ,professional and modern

I visited Olive Tree Dental to discuss options for a root canal since I suffer anxiety with needles and the NHS dentist I was with would not be able to accommodate to my needs. On my first appointment they did a thorough check of my teeth to see if anything else needed doing. They identified a couple of fillings that needed doing which then gave an option we could try of calming medication which would see if that would work and if so would be used when it is time to have my root canal done. They got me in quickly, and from the first time meeting the reception staff to the dentist and their assistants they have been welcoming, enforced a calming atmosphere and didn’t treat me in any poor manner especially with me being in my late 30s and afraid of needles I was worried they would judge me but there was none of that at all except complete understanding. During the procedure of my fillings Grace and Ash kept checking in on me and telling me what they were doing and in all honesty it has made me want to go back for my further treatments. I would highly recommend them and plan to go back after these procedures have been completed for my routine check ups.

I went to Olive Tree Dental after not going to the dentist for several years, and despite my being incredibly nervous as a result, every single member of staff who I interacted with put me at ease immediately. No judgement - just kindness and an assessment to review my situation and come up with a plan to move forward.

I have to give special shout outs to the reception staff, to Grace, to Doctor Ash and to Wasim - all of whom were incredibly kind and professional, addressed every single one of my concerns and put me at ease.

I'm really grateful for their kindness, and I will be continuing to go to Olive Tree from now on!

Great atmosphere, staff professionals, they treated me like a family. I follow the advice given by their staff about my needs concerning my teeth. Is going great. Looking forward for my next appointment.... Amazing today is my second visit. Dr Amr, teach me how to broach my teeth with an electric tooth brush. I have used a manual all my life. 2-3 seconds per tooth with the brach half on the gum and the other on the tooth. Do every tooth from the inside and outside and don't forget the top of the tooth...

Saw hygienist appointment was on time. Thoughtful and caring clinician who explained the process and did a great job.
