Appt today was to have impressions taken of my teeth in readiness for teeth whitening shields.
My dentist explained everything clearly and spoke to me throughout the short procedure, which I expected to be unpleasant but was comfortable and painless.

Appointments always on time and my dentist takes such care and doesn't rush the appointment for myself (who is an anxious patient) and my two young children! Cant fault the customer service from the front desk to the chair!

Appointment

The receptionist was extremely to me and my mother whilst talking to us. We were trying to explain why we thought we were being overcharged, and although we didn't know we were wrong at the time, the receptionist made extremely rude facial expressions and spoke harshly.

Winnersh Dental Practice - Your recent appointment

The service provided is extremely professional and very good. However, to have your teeth cleaned is very expensive, over £100. They should offer reduced rates for those that attend the hygienist more regularly like a loyalty discount.
