Visit to Winnersh Dental Practice
Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed by the receptionists and invited to take a seat. I had only just sat down when I was called in to see the dentist. Ilyas Chavdi makes me feel completely at ease, enquiring about my health in general and any dental problems. I have found visiting the dentist pretty traumatic all my life but now I actually enjoy the experience which is quite a relief for a dental phobic.

Dentist was excellent as I have a phobia of dentists. He was very friendly, made me feel relaxed. Checked I was ok at all times and reassured me.

Dr Ilyas and team at Winnersh Dental Practice have consistently delivered an excellent standard of dental care and customer service. Whether routine, complicated or emergency care the treatments are always effective and well thought through. They are also very thorough in spotting issues early, and keep very detailed records including notes, xrays and photography so they can track issues and progress over time. That feeds into well-informed decision making and treatments that are cost effective, aesthetically pleasing and durable over time.

First time but not my last
I could not have been treated better even though it was my first time at this practice. Very professional and polite by everyone, I now have asked to be registered with this Dental Surgery.

Partial denture final appointment
First denture did not fit properly so the new mould had to be redone. Revised denture fits well so now happy to smile again without embarrassment! Ines, the dentist, is very pleasant and explained everything about the process very clearly.

Smooth wisdom tooth removal
Pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to have my wisdom tooth removed by Rakshya Sharma. I came in with tooth pain and Rakshya talked through the options and took out the tooth all in one session. Clear explanation of risks and benefits and aftercare.

After calling the practice on Friday 14/06 I was immediately offered an appointment for Monday 17/06 . As is normal with this practice I was greeted at reception by 3 smiling faces and treated by Nav, the ultimate professional. I cannot rate this practice highly enough Absolutely Outstanding in every respect.

After thinking that I had an appointment with Bip, I walked into the room to be greeted by a lovely dentist. He was thorough, kind and very gentle. Will go back to him next time too.
