Calm and relaxed

Receptionists were friendly and welcoming. It was calm and relaxed. Dentist was great, answered any questions I had and remembered to ask about an issue I had over a year ago.

Very welcoming

I was greeted by two lovely, friendly receptionists. Then when called to go to see the dentist Illyas and his dental nurse were also very welcoming.

My experience

I came in for a denture mould to be taken only to find that it couldn't be done. This being the case why didn't someone call me to say so which would have saved me a wasted journey? It has all been rearranged but I now have to travel to Cookham.
