Receptionist friendly and competent. Dentist and nurse, friendly, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Gave me choices and talked to me and explained everything.

Service was excellent
I was a few minutes late, receptionist was kind & understanding as it was a one off. I was allowed to park in front to allow me to attend slot, very grateful. Only one thing that could be more helpful would be a clearer sign on the pricing structure as it's not as heavily explained as well as it could be. Other than that service was excellent just one niggle which can be easily resolved, I feel.

Relaxing atmosphere
A friendly, relaxing atmosphere, which there has always been. The girls behind the desk, Claire the hygienist and Pav make the whole experience as lovely as possible. I used to dread the dentist. Not anymore! Thank you!

A composite filling
Although an unpleasant experience of getting a composite filling. The dentist and hygienist were always asking if I was okay, helpful in answering my questions and explaining as they went along.
