Overall great service, from the reception team to my dentist and assistant. I felt relaxed and valued, had plenty of time to discuss my appointment and follow up visit.
Clear and concise details where I need to concentrate, and review for my next appointment.
Easy booking follow up visits and the timely reminder texts keep me on track and time.

Emergency appointment

Receptionist was very efficient, I left a voicemail and call was returned within a few minutes, she was very helpful and polite and managed to book me an emergency appointment for later the same day. Although I had to wait as my appointment was delayed the dentist apologised, you have to expect this anyway. Dentist explained about my problem although there was nothing she could do she offered to direct me to a specialist who could. I have been using Winnersh Dental Practice now for several years as all my family does and we have no complaints, always friendly and efficient.

Appointment went well

Staff noticed that I was using crutches & moved me to a downstairs room without any fuss. Did have to wait a little longer but appointment went well.
