I have always had excellent service whenever I have attended this practice. Today i was seen by a dentist new to me and she was so compassionate in her approach & explained the treatment/possibilities really well. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. Truly, a first class service.

My experience
Mixed messages by receptionist and new dentist. The process has changed since lockdown but I was never informed. Led me to attending my appointment but actually not seen at the regular check up rate with no apology. This matter is now pending, unsure if I or my family will go back here.

The dentist was extremely professional, I knew straight away I was in good hands. She asked me what kind of music I want to listen to just to get me relaxed. I really liked it. The job was done very quickly and painlessly. Amazing!
