Very enthusiastic and helpful
The dentist was polite, knowledgeable, happy and covered everything I could think of and more. She was very enthusiastic and helpful. She gave well-explained answers to everything I asked. It was a relief and a pleasure to know my dental care is in such capable hands.

Things that weren’t great:
1. First appointment at 0840. Arrived on time but not in the chair until 0900.
2. The overly loud music in the reception. Volume was simply too high.
3. Dentist managed to shut the door on my elbow.
Not a good experience all round.
