Well, I had a wisdom tooth extraction at the royal glamorgan on Tuesday of this week.
They sent me home without a gauze or anti-biotics incase of infection.
Surprise- I have an infection and my face is very swollen and painful.
Rhiwbina dental practice fitted me in straight away this morning and prescribed anti biotics along with an inspection of my mouth.
Such a beautiful practice, and such wonderful staff.
They were all so professional- alongside , so friendly and welcoming.
Many thanks to kirsty, Ellie, hayley for putting me at ease and helping me to relax as I have a real fear of dental procedures.
Then many thanks to Muhammed and Rob for the prescription and for seeing me at such short notice.
Then on my way out of the car park- Ellie come out with an ice pack for my swollen face which I believe was sent out by kirsty.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Thankyou once again to ALL at the practice.

Excellent dental experience

An excellent dental experience, as always. Friendly staff and congenial surroundings. The whole place fills one with confidence. That's why I travel from Somerset, rather than switch to a local dentist. It would be hard to match Rhiwbina Dental.

Courteous and considerate

An excellent professional organisation in every aspect. Mr Claydon was exemplary dealing with my complex questions and anxieties and I cannot thank him enough. His staff are polite, courteous and considerate. All in all I cannot thank them enough.
