Six monthly check up
As ever, attending for an appointment at the Rhiwbina Dental Surgery was a pleasure despite the fact that it was a dental appointment, which could possibly be daunting. All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Both the admin staff and the dental staff are extremely capable and knowledgeable. Today at my six monthly check up with my regular dentist a problem came to light of which I had been unaware. The problem was explained in detail and the various options explained in order to make a choice about the possible treatment or to leave well alone if I so wished. I was given the chance to think about my decision at leisure. However, it had all been explained so succinctly that I was able to make my decision there and then. There was absolutely no pressure on me to make a quick decision.

Not unusually, this was a very good experience. I arrived just on time and was seen with no delay by both Hygienist and then Dentist. Both examinations were thorough (and painless), so I departed well satisfied as usual. It's why I continue to travel for 50 miles for the service. Ieuan
