Everything was fully and clearly explained
The practice readily accommodated my need to be seen in a ground floor examination room. The examination was conducted on time, in a courteous and professional manner. Everything was fully and clearly explained. I commend the practice on their standards.

A high quality patient experience
Although I was anxious about my Dental Appointment the whole experience was excellent. I can see that a lot of thought has gone into providing a high quality patient experience. The practice has created a lovely, relaxing environment for patients. The appointment was on time and all staff were welcoming and helpful. My consultantation with Dr Seong was very positive and I could see that he was providing not only specialist treatment but also a very high level of personal patient care to ensure the best experience. I think it was the best experience I have had at a dental practice or in any healthcare setting. I think the customer care/experience focus is excellent and an important part of the treatment. Thank you.
