Nothing short of perfect

I have to say that Rhiwbina Dental Surgery go above and beyond to make sure your visit is nothing short of perfect. Staff are so pleasantly respectful, beautiful building and surroundings. I honestly could not think of a single thing that the surgery could improve on.

Efficient, caring

I had emergency treatment from the dentist Jon and he was efficient, caring and very professional. The receptionist and Jon’s dental assistant were also very helpful.

Took the time to explain various options

I felt that my teeth had a good investigation, with several different methods of scanning etc. The dentist (Ash) was very professional and took the time to explain various options to me, and answered my questions.

My experience

Had to see a new dentist and it always feels like seeing a new hygienist. As someone who struggles with attending (due to a childhood traumatic experience) better continuity of care would be appreciated.

We understand the importance of continuity of care especially for nervous patients. Our fantastic Hygiene team consist of 7 lovely clinicians, with a vast amount of experience at Rhiwbina Dental Surgery between them. Victoria (12yrs), Bethan (9yrs), Sarah (9yrs), Aimee (8yrs), Charlotte (3 yrs and previously Prof N Claydons Dental Nurse) and new to the practice are Alix (1yr) and Jess (1yr and Dental Therapist).
I would love to chat to you regarding your experience and allocate you to a hygienist. All patients can request to stay with a hygienist, we can advise an appointment schedule to match your needs should this make a difference.
