Tuesday 4th November 2025. I had an appointment with Aimee Neal, Hygienist. She was absolutely excellent; so professional, knowledgable, helpful and practical. She gave great advice on brushing teeth and the best toothbrushes to get. As I say; practical. Then I saw Colin McCubbin, Dentist. I have been seeing him for years, and would not trust anyone else to look after me. He's simply the best (and I have experienced others!). The overall experience was top class, from the initial booking to the efficient reminder system, and then the day itself. I highly recommend Rhiwbina Dental Surgery.

An urgent appointment within an hour

I telephoned for an urgent appointment as part of a tooth had come away and the surrounding gum was very swollen. I was given an urgent appointment within an hour and was given antibiotics. The reception system works very efficiently and the staff are very courteous and friendly.

Caring and skilled staff

Impressed with the technology used in the practice and very caring and skilled staff. It would be useful if information could be provided to patients re: expertise and the number of operations carried out in specialised procedures. For example how many successful teeth implants have been carried out; this would help the patient in assessing the level of experience of the dental surgeon.
