My experience
I find the lights above me, when I am in the dentist chair, very discomforting, as they are too bright, and induce headaches. However, the offer of sunglasses to stop the glare was very much appreciated. Thank you.

Rhiwbina Dental Surgery
I phoned the day before my appointment to say that I might be a few minutes late due to a previous commitment. So the appointment was changed to one 40 minutes later. I arrived in good time but I had to wait for at least 10 minutes! The explanation was that they had to wait for a downstairs room to become available. This was satisfactory.
