My experience

Amy is always brilliant and I have zero complaints there.

My issue is with the timing of appointments and this has been the case a lot over the last year, with both dentist and hygienist appointments running behind.

I always feel very safe

My last but one visit prior to completion of my implant. The atmosphere with Dr David Pitt is always relaxed and explanations are given as to the next procedure and I always feel very safe with Dr Pitt and Louise his lovely Dental Nurse.

I was warmly welcomed

This was my first visit to Rhiwbina Dental Surgery.
I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff and the layout and decor of the surgery were pleasing.
The dental staff, especially Richard Crossland, were most friendly and all endeavoured to put me at my ease.
As this was my first exploratory visit, I cannot truly comment on the 'outcome of your treatment' (see below) - so 5 stars were awarded, in high anticipation of future successes.

I’ve been a patient at Rhiwbina Dental Surgery for over 20 years, and they have always been outstanding. I have had several treatments including fillings, crowns, root canal, implants and Invisalign and their understanding, patience, and skill are truly first-class.
