You are in the best hands

Rhiwbina Dental practice is excellent. I have been with them for over 25 years and I would recommend them. Nick and his team are welcoming, kind and extremely competent. They make you feel relaxed and you know you are in the best hands. All my family have benefited from being under their care.

The hygienist was fantastic

No one really looks forward to visiting the dentist! I saw the hygienist and the dentist today. The hygienist was fantastic and very understanding of my feelings. I have visited this same practice for some 25 years or more and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else even though I live some distance away. It relieves me of so much stress knowing I am in such safe and caring hands.

Speedy and efficient

Had to wait a little while but once I was in the chair the hygienist and dental nurse were super speedy and efficient normally, I have to stop them a couple of times with water going down my throat but the dental nurse was excellent with suction

Calm and relaxed

This was only my second time meeting John, but he immediately put me at ease. He has such a calm and relaxed manner, which made me feel confident in his ability and experience. I had a filling at my second appointment, and even the injections were a breeze – not something you can usually say about dental work!

My experience

The staff are always very welcoming and happy, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Although I have noticed my last few visits housekeeping standards are not what they used to be and I find the inside decor is looking very tired.

However, we apologise for the housekeeping standards not meeting your expectations during your last few visits. We take cleanliness and hygiene extremely seriously, and we'll make sure to address this issue promptly with our cleaning company. If you could contact me for provide more details, it would really help.

Regarding the interior decor, we appreciate your feedback. We continuously invest in our lovely Georgian building and most recently had exterior work done. The interior is due for a refresh shortly, if there are any areas you believe are due for attention, we would value your insight.
