Hygienist
The whole experience was great from start to finish. I saw the Hygienist and Dentist and my wife saw the Hygienist. Everyone was professional and polite. The place is clean light and airy. Easy to get to and park too.

An urgent appointment
Just had a particularly helpful experience, as I had needed an urgent appointment after a filling had fallen out. Colin McCubben was able to fit me in at very short notice and, although the news wasn't good (I had split a molar that included a substantial filling), he was able to work some magic to get me comfortable for going away on my planned holiday ... I will be returning for the rest of the tooth to be extracted when I get back home ... happy customer!

As always, my visit to the Pines, was peaceful and calm. I did have a longer wait than usual, however, these things happen. Both the hygienist and the dentist were great as always.

Excellent service
Excellent next morning service after my reporting a chipped tooth. Repair was completed quickly and effectively. The dentist and assistant worked well as a team. It was as close to a pleasurable experience as any visit to the dentist could be.
On arrival I was helpfully advised of a possible twenty minute wait. Some chairs in the upstairs waiting area are remarkably uncomfortable but there are newspapers and magazines.

Excellent service as usual. Informed decision making and realistic timescales. Front of house staff are very pleasant and work hard to accommodate all individual needs (sometimes under extreme provocation from ‘unreasonable’ new clients who want everything yesterday) with a smile. Thanks.
