Lorna and Liv were exceptional at my consultation. I was particularly nervous due to previous surgical complications in my throat but I was put at ease instantly by the excellent care and attention I received. Brilliant place. Richard Crossland started my implant process today and made it a very smooth process. I was nervous and apprehensive. I was understood and they couldn’t do any more to put me at ease and comfortable. They treated me with dignity and respect and made sure that I wasn’t too anxious. Richard Crossland eased my anxiety and so did sioned. Sioned is brilliant, calm and reassuring.

From the moment I drive into the carpark I feel a comfort of entering a homely place. As soon as I open the door to the building, it is not a building. I feel at home especially as I come over the threshold there is a welcoming smile from a receptionist and a verbal welcome.
Staff, from that first person who welcomes, to the nursing assistants, to the Dental Surgeon, treat me as if I am special. I am addressed by my first name and I call them by theirs. It's almost being welcomed into a family who care for each and everyone.
My dental treatment is thoroughly explained to me in ease of language. I cannot but trust completely advice given. I have been given a new lease of life as regards eating food. Thank you all at Pines.

Another highly satisfactory visit to both Dentist and Hygenist. Only issue is the lack of adequate car parking. Why not give up some of the very large area of grass to make it easier for patients to park?

Exceptional. Everyone at The Pines go out of their way to make you feel relaxed. They are friendly but professional from the receptionists through to the surgeons. Everything is explained in great detail in words you can understand. I can honestly say that I cannot recommend them highly enough.
